About the Role

Parexel Denmark A/S seeks a seasoned Business Development Director to drive new business growth across all SBUs. This individual will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new opportunities through proactive sales activities directed at decision-makers and influencers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across all SBUs.
  2. Analyze and prioritize potential opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for each target account.
  3. Leverage relationships with key decision makers and influencers to drive new business growth.
  4. Collaborate with Business Operations to develop proposals that meet client needs and deliver results.
  5. Work with Solutions Consultant and Finance to agree on pricing strategy and ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving/surpassing sales goals.
  • Excellent business/industry awareness and understanding of industry trends and their impact on the business.
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to build relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
