About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team in Denmark. As a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for Splunk, leveraging your sales expertise and business acumen to penetrate top enterprise accounts and expand our partnerships.

As a first-line manager, you will work closely with our Top Enterprise Accounts in Denmark, utilizing your knowledge of value-based selling techniques and MEDDPICC to solve complex business pains and drive customer value.

Your ability to collaborate and grow our common business as One Team with Cisco, our parent company, will be vital in achieving success.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through dedicated efforts to deliver daring license, support, and service revenue goals.
  2. Penetrate Top Enterprise Accounts: Develop account plans and manage opportunities to increase penetration and revenue from existing customers.
  3. C-Level Engagement: Engage with C-level executives to create value and address business needs.
  4. Negotiate Commercial Terms: Effectively negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises.
  5. Partner Collaboration: Leverage partners to expand deal size and value to customers.
  6. Business Value Organization: Utilize knowledge of how to leverage a Business Value organization to drive customer value.
  7. Sales Methodology: Apply Splunk's sales methodology and processes to successfully close deals.
  8. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with international and domestic colleagues to expand deal size and value to customers.
