Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the markets our distributors operate in, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Manage distributor contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Evaluate distributor performance, providing regular reviews and feedback to drive improvement.
  • Search for new distributors, including second-source options, to expand our network.
  • Develop and implement distributor activity plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide training and education to distributors, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
  • Manage distributor campaigns and marketing initiatives, ensuring effective execution and ROI.
  • Ensure seamless use of CRM systems, introducing new features and functionality to drive business value.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of business operations and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in sales channel management, with a track record of driving growth and optimization.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT systems, including CPQ, PowerBI, MS Office, CRM, and Dynamics 365.
