Business Development Associate for Nordic Markets

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Welcoming Specialist to support onboarding new business customers across the Nordics, balancing compliance and speed.
In this role, you will be part of our dynamic Welcoming team, working closely with colleagues to maintain compliance and governance while ensuring timely approvals. You will own the approval and onboarding process for new business customers, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with the team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new business customers.
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Communicating effectively with customers via text and phone to gather necessary information quickly and efficiently.
You will report to Mohammed Kadim in Copenhagen and be part of a talented team of over 30 individuals focused on onboarding business customers within the broader FCP Operations function.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of approximately **DKK 450,000 - 550,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus additional benefits that reflect your hard work and dedication.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven onboarding/KYC experience with business customers.
- Native/fluent Danish language proficiency - written and spoken.
