The Role

This Account Executive role will focus on leading customer relationships, developing account strategies, and driving business growth in the Digital Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement account strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to drive growth.
  3. Partner with marketing teams to find opportunities for expansion and renewal.
  4. Build strong relationships with customers and lead their accounts across all solution segments.

Requirements

  1. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to become a trusted client advisor.
  2. Ability to position and communicate the value of Adobe products across solution segments.
  3. Fluency in both Swedish and English is a must.
  4. Strong project management skills to coordinate dedicated, pooled, and solution-specific resources.
  5. Use client health data to identify adoption issues and proactively make recommendations.
