The Role
This Account Executive role will focus on leading customer relationships, developing account strategies, and driving business growth in the Digital Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account strategies that align with business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to drive growth.
- Partner with marketing teams to find opportunities for expansion and renewal.
- Build strong relationships with customers and lead their accounts across all solution segments.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to become a trusted client advisor.
- Ability to position and communicate the value of Adobe products across solution segments.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English is a must.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate dedicated, pooled, and solution-specific resources.
- Use client health data to identify adoption issues and proactively make recommendations.
