Commercial Sales Lead

As our new Global Commercial Director, you will be instrumental in driving our commercial efforts forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement winning sales playbooks for each stage of the sales cycle, including lead nurturing.
• Analyze sales conversation patterns and devise effective tactics to convert and recover opportunities.
• Establish clear sales targets and hold the team accountable for achieving them.
• Document successful and unsuccessful sales processes to create a repository of best practices and lessons learned.
About You:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in business development within B2B SaaS, banking, or wealth management. You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience and a proven track record of success. A methodical and structured approach, combined with a focus on driving repeatable results, is essential. Additionally, you should be a hungry, motivated hunter with a go-getter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
