VINNY's is a premium footwear brand founded in 2019 by Virgil Nicholas with a mission to create timeless style and culture. As the Global Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's global expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Nordic region, including prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting setup.
  • Establish a robust structure for coordinating VINNY's B2B sales efforts globally.
  • Oversee the performance of sales agents, ensuring they are aligned with the company's overall strategy and equipped for success.
  • Leverage the Founder's strong personal brand to enhance the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder as a trusted partner on all sales-related matters.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers to maintain a top-of-mind presence and drive results.
  • Secure prominent event presence, such as Paris Fashion Week and Copenhagen Fashion Week, in partnership with PR & Marketing.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience driving sales processes or customer-facing functions towards B2B customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining up-to-date systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills and an extroverted personality.
  • Results-driven and passionate about contributing to VINNY's global success.

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
