About the Opportunity
Pandora A/S is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead our sales team across the O&O network. As a key member of our commercial leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, executing brand strategies, and developing sales talent. Your primary focus will be on analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and implementing process improvements to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead sales training and development programs to enhance sales talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industries.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Strategic business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and senior management.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and sales environments.
