Your Role

\

We're seeking a dynamic Sales and Partner Relations professional to lead our Danish division in Copenhagen. As our Head of Sales and Partner Relations, you'll be responsible for shaping your strategy, driving commercial excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability.

\

You will develop and implement your sales strategy, build out the lead marketing machine, and drive sales to hit and exceed revenue targets. Once you've achieved certain sales milestones, you'll be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a top-notch sales team.

What We Expect from You

  • \
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments.\
  • Natural ability to sell and demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.\
  • High work ethic with a sense of urgency, exceptional drive, and a desire to be the best at what you do.\
  • Proactive approach, people-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with individuals at management and board level.\
  • Able to win the trust of business leaders, outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills, and fluency in Danish and English.\
  • Preferably, a network in the Danish start-up ecosystem.\
