Job Description

GROHE is a world leader in sanitary solutions, dedicated to bringing innovative products to the bathroom and kitchen markets.

We are seeking a Customer Service Operations Specialist to support our Order Management team in Finland and other Nordic countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high-level support within the team and ensure seamless order management processes.
  • Place and change orders according to corporate guidelines, while creating availability requests for customer escalations.
  • Handle credit notes, returns, and customer claims, ensuring high customer satisfaction during and after contact with Order Management.
  • Collaborate with Operation Manager & Supply Chain to improve customer service processes.
  • Handle and solve incoming requests and calls from various stakeholders, including wholesalers, installers, technicians, architects, and consumers.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or industry, with technical understanding and fluency in Finnish and English.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Curiosity, drive, and a 'can-do' attitude, with a passion for helping people and making a difference in customers' daily lives.
