PepsiCo is a global leader in the food and beverage industry, with a presence in over 200 countries and territories. As an HR Business Partner Nordics, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Franchise and Food business of Nordics-based employees.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and advising on labour-related cases;
  • Closely collaborating with the People Operations team in Krakow to ensure seamless support for our employees;
  • Leading the continuous updating of the handbook and intranet for new policies and local regulations;
  • Functioning as the internal advisor and external POC for all third-party companies for insurance, pension, and governmental benefits in DK and FI;
  • Advising employees on local policies and regulations, such as holidays, maternity, and parental leaves;
  • Supporting the recruitment process led by the Talent Team, both internal and external processes;
  • Steering international relocation processes ensuring mobility teams have the proper data & documentation;
  • Helping onboard new joiners and advising them on tax, housing, etc.;
  • Leading HR processes related to onboarding, offboarding, team events;
  • Oversight of payroll runs and time-off requests to ensure accuracy;
  • Leading the health and safety program and reporting accidents on a monthly basis;
  • Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, employee health & safety programs for Nordics-based employees (both BU and Sector);

In addition to these core responsibilities, you may also have the opportunity to lead employee initiative committees, oversee employee experience in PepsiCo Nordics, support the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda, and act as ambassador for PepsiCo Nordics.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • About 3 years of working experience in HR, preferably in a matrix FMCG environment;
  • Proven and credible HR admin and operations experience;
  • In-depth knowledge of Danish labour legislation;
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal influencing skills;
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both HR and business communities at local and European levels;
  • Agile, inquisitive approach focused on continuous improvement;
  • Fluent English and native Danish language skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure and establish priorities in an ever-changing environment;
