Medier Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager to join the Country Manager team in Copenhagen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic CRM programs aimed at enhancing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and maximizing customer lifetime value. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing multi-channel CRM strategies through a data-led approach to drive customer engagement and retention tailored to the look and feel of our brands
  2. Monitoring and optimizing CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve customer experience
  3. Monitoring KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
  4. Analyzing customer behavior and assessing its impact on business KPIs
  5. Segmenting customers based on behaviors to tailor offers and coming up with effective campaigns and promotions aimed at maximizing revenue and retention
  6. Staying up to date with industry trends while monitoring competitors to ensure our brands maintain best practices and remain competitive
  7. Collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive promotion and offers that align with overall business objectives

In order to achieve success in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven CRM experience (2+ years)
  2. Knowledge of CRM systems
  3. Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making
  6. Results-driven approach with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
