Drive Incident Response and Process Improvement
Dalux is seeking a highly skilled Technical Incident Manager to join our Operations team. As the first Technical Incident Manager in our scale-up environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective resolution of major incidents relating to Dalux products.
You will lead and facilitate incident response meetings, serve as the central point of contact for all major incidents, and develop and maintain the incident management process in Dalux. Additionally, you will communicate with stakeholders internally during and after an incident, ensure extensive RCA, and drive post-incident reviews with a focus on continuous improvements.
