About the Role:

GAN Integrity Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Qualify and produce high-quality leads for our EMEA Sales team, ensuring that they have a steady pipeline of potential customers.
  • Account-Based Selling: Develop and implement targeted strategies to engage with key decision-makers at assigned markets, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of prospecting plans, providing regular updates on progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Communication: Engage with C-Level executives and other key personnel via phone and email, effectively communicating the value proposition of our compliance platform and addressing any objections or concerns.
  • Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of prospects' needs, understanding their business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions.
  • Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls with assigned prospects to gather valuable insights and tailor our approach to meet their specific needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Possess previous successful sales prospecting experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SalesForce, Sales Enablement tools (Hubspot & ZoomInfo), and/or 6Sense is preferred but not required.
  • Cold Calling: Be comfortable with cold calling and able to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Account-Based Prospecting: Have experience with account-based prospecting, utilizing a multi-touch, multi-channel strategy coordinated across the entire company to pursue high-value accounts.
  • Soft Skills: Possess excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable).
  • Objection Handling: Be able to deal with and address objections effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability: Show coachability and adaptability, being open to feedback and willing to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a sharp focus on goals and demonstrate great attention to detail.
  • Energy and Enthusiasm: Bring tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm to the role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German, Spanish, and/or French is a plus.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Be eager to learn more about SaaS and Enterprise Sales.
