Enterprise Sales Manager

As our Founding Sales Lead, you'll be one of the first 'quota-carriers' at one of Europe's most promising early-stage companies. You'll report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer and work alongside an experienced team who have done this before.
You'll be responsible for navigating complex sales cycles with leading mid-market and enterprise tech businesses, securing deals worth mid-five and low-six figures. As you build and manage our sales pipeline, you'll partner with our CEO on GTM strategy, expanding our ideal customer profile and finding success in other sectors and geographies.
You'll have close relationships across product, engineering, and customer success, providing feedback gathered from the front line and speaking to prospective customers. This will allow you to help steer our roadmap and experience firsthand how great products and businesses are built.
As you work more broadly across the business than any other 'normal' sales role, you'll step up to help with marketing, events, community, onboarding customers, and whatever else needs to be done. You'll network with CFOs and procurement leaders, attend events across Nordics, and become well-known in this space.
