Som Finance Manager bliver du en vigtig og betroet sparringspartner for virksomhedens foundere / ejere og de øvrige engagerede kolleger i firmaet. I økonomiafdelingen er der udover dig en assistent.
Det er vigtigt, at du har hands-on erfaring med økonomistyring, og at du er proaktiv og har arbejdet med optimering af interne processer, så de forenkles. Du får også mulighed for at bidrage ifm. virksomhedens fremadrettede vækststrategi.
OPGAVERNE
- Hands on og ansvarlig for bogholderi, økonomistyring og rapportering.
- Udarbejdelse af budgetter, forecasts, perioderapporter og KPI-målinger.
- Løbende udvikling af økonomiske styrings- og rapporteringsværktøjer.
- Procesoptimering og automatisering af interne administrative forretningsgange.
- En vigtig og betroet sparringspartner for ledelse og kolleger.
- Medvirke til optimal anvendelse af IT, så forretningsprocesserne automatiseres og forenkles.
- Indgå i virksomhedens ledergruppe.
- Valutahåndtering herunder afdækning af valutapositioner.
- Udarbejdelse af beslutningsoplæg ifm. vækstplaner.
- Lønkørsler og HR-relaterede opgaver.
- Deltagelse i bestyrelsesmøder.
KVALIFIKATIONER
- Du har gerne erfaring fra et tilsvarende job i en fashion-, design- eller livsstilsvirksomhed, gerne hvor E-commerce er en væsentlig del af forretningen (en fordel men ikke et krav).
- Du har erfaring med alle dele af bogholderiet og økonomistyringen.
- Du har stærke økonomiske og analytiske færdigheder, og du er vild med tal og økonomistyring.
- Du evner at lede og have mange bolde i luften og er "hands-on".
- Du har erfaring i at sparre med ledelser omkring strategi og forretningsudvikling.
- Du er en erfaren IT bruger, evt. indenfor economic.
- Du er , , HD-R, HA, revisoruddannet eller tilsvarende.
- Du behersker engelsk - mundtligt såvel som skriftligt.
