International Sales Expansion Representative

At Colibo, we're driving the future of digital workplaces by empowering employee engagement. Our agile B2B software company is established in Aarhus and has a strong market presence in the Nordics, with a solid foothold in Germany already.
Your Mission:
As our German sales representative, you will be a key player in expanding our presence in the German market. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and collaborating closely with our Sales colleagues to ensure smooth lead generation and sales processes.
Your Role:
- Identify and qualify potential leads in the German market.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Engage with key decision-makers in public and private organisations.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and demos for the Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Fluent in German and English – Danish is a plus, not a must.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a Danish university.
- Previous experience in sales in Germany or Denmark is a big plus.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with business professionals.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work approximately 12-15 hours per week onsite at our headquarters in Aarhus C (flexible hours that fit your university schedule).
