Develop a High-Performing Sales Team

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic Outreach Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships and booking meetings with international companies through proactive sales activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your personal skills while delivering great results in an international environment. You will work closely with our Head of Outreach to influence the development of our future sales process.

  • Contact high-quality prospects and determine if there is a potential match by understanding their needs
  • Book initial sales meetings for our sales team
  • Participate in relevant sales meetings
  • Develop strong relationships with potential customers through outbound activities

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience with sales, ideally from phone-based selling
  • The ability to easily enter into dialogue with other people
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English - both written and verbally
  • A strong drive to exceed goals and positively contribute to the team's overall goals
