About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Growth Representative to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Italian market expansion efforts, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through outbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales leads primarily through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach in the Italian market.
  • Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners to arrange client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to build brand awareness and increase sales revenue.
Requirements
  • Native proficiency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
  • Able to work 40 hours/week at the Milan office.
  • No prior sales experience is required, but a strong drive and motivation are essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
