Newsec Advisory søger en sales manager til at varetage salget af digitale produkter bl.a. Estate Explorer, som er en digital platform, der præsenterer ejendomsdata og markedsdata til brug den professionelle ejendomsbranche. Estate Explorer er lanceret på markedet i 2023, og skal med dig i spidsen præsenteres for den danske erhvervsejendomsbranche.

Du bliver en del af et tværgående team, som arbejder med udvikling og markedsføring af software til understøttelse af ejendomsbranchen. Du får en bred kontaktflade til kolleger på tværs af organisationen, og skal derfor trives godt med et bredt teamsamarbejde.

Arbejdsopgaver
Du skal være med til at udvikle vores go-to-market og salgsstrategi i Danmark, og du får ligeledes medansvar for implementeringen af salgsprocesser for salget af vores digitale produkter. Du skal varetage hele processen fra introduktion af produktet til vores kunder og opfølgning på leads fra kampagner over kvalificering og til closing.

Du skal afholde fysiske og online salgsmøder. Du skal i samarbejde med supportteamet sikre en god onboarding og kundetilfredshed ved løbende at have en god dialog med kunden. Stillingen er nyoprettet, og du får i høj grad mulighed for at udvikle og definere området.

Som er proaktiv og selvstændig. Du arbejder struktureret og målrettet, og er god til at oparbejde en god relation med kunderne.

Du er kreativ, tålmodig og vedholdende. En salgscyklus i vores segment varierer fra hurtige beslutninger til længere processer. Du nyder dialogen med kunderne, og formår at give en medrivende og engageret præsentation.

Du har en kommerciel baggrund, gerne med erfaring med SaaS salg og evt. fra IT-branchen, med min. 2-3 års erfaring inden for softwaresalg til mellemstore/store virksomheder.
