Fixed Income Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive the growth of our Fixed Income business in Denmark.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the sales activities of our team, responsible for implementing and executing key sales strategies across Danske Bank's Danish institutional client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative fixed income sales strategies for Danish institutional clients.
  • Lead a team of experienced sales professionals, setting clear objectives and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Leverage industry insights and knowledge to build and maintain key relationships with financial institutions across Denmark.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership experience in a similar role within a major financial institution.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret Fixed Income market trends.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.

What We Offer

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, with a competitive salary range of approximately 1100000 - 1400000 DKK per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Location

This role is based in Copenhagen, where you will be part of a talented team of sales, trading, research, and support teams from Fixed Income, Equities, and FX, as well as specialists in Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Quantitative Analysis.
