Senior Sales Manager for iBabs Nordics

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at VP Securities A/S, responsible for driving sales growth in the Nordics for our leading board portal solution, iBabs.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling iBabs to listed and non-listed organizations in the Nordics, with a focus on Sweden and Norway.
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to continue exceptional sales growth in the region.
- Collaborating with the iBabs Head of Sales & Marketing and sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Building revenue by acquiring and retaining new and existing clients.
Requirements
- Excellent selling and negotiating skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to interpret technical language for non-technical stakeholders.
- A keen interest in IT and technology, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Strong initiative to self-generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to write compelling tenders and proposals.
- The capacity to work well in a team and autonomously, with a high degree of organization and results-driven mindset.
- Native in the country of application, with fluency in English and professional capacity in another language a plus.
- Education: university degree or equivalent.
