About the Role

The Technical Product Specialist is a key member of the Agillic team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our clients and partners. This role requires a strong understanding of the Agillic Platform and its features, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients and partners via various channels, including tickets, email, phone, and live chat.
  • Conduct training sessions and product presentations to educate customers on the Agillic Platform.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Agillic product and services.
  • Collaborate with technical personnel to troubleshoot technical solutions and ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Document product-related features and best practices in the Knowledge Base and Developer Portal.
  • Prioritize tickets, bug reporting, and case escalation to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with E-Learning content development and update bi-weekly deployment information and release notes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or customer care.
  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of basic computer skills and ability to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing/Marketing Software, documentation of product-related features, and CRM/database management is a plus.
