Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive business growth and develop strong customer relationships. As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing new customer accounts and growing business volume with existing customers.
- Creating and executing sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align implementation of initiatives around prioritized customer segments.
- Disciplined use of CRM (Salesforce) and analytical thinking to execute strategy and drive growth.
Your Background
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the power transmission industry.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university, college, or equivalent, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
- Customer-orientated skills and a growth mindset.
- Excellent negotiating and communication skills.
- Full proficiency in English and Danish.
You're good at
- Multitasking and working under pressure in a distributed sales structure.
- Being a self-starter with high energy levels.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Analyzing and resolving problems.
