Drive business growth in the Nordics as a part-time Business Development Consultant with VAEKST ApS. Assist customers with intelligent market segmentation, outbound sales, and market analytics by combining technology and outreach methods.

Role Overview
  • Conduct outbound sales activities via email, phone, and LinkedIn to create business opportunities for customers.
  • Manage own sales pipelines and drive customer success through reports and status meetings.
  • Identify best practices to develop internal processes and work with CRM systems and AI-tools.
  • Contribute to building the VAEKST culture and work between 15-20 hours a week.
Key Performance Objectives
  • Sales: Conduct at least 150 outreach activities per week in fluent Norwegian, leading to the generation of 20 new leads and 5 high-quality business opportunities per month.
  • Data: Accurately log customer interactions and relevant information in Hubspot after each engagement, developing a system for tracking and analyzing customer insights.
  • Customer Communication: Develop proactive communication skills by joining check-ins with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide updates on outreach efforts.
  • Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset by identifying and resolving significant customer challenges.
  • Culture Building: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by supporting colleagues and contributing to the company's values and goals.

VAEKST offers an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

The recruitment process involves submitting an application, short screening calls, interviews, and case preparation. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis with a start date as soon as possible.
