Customer Retention Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager, Large Customers, Retrofit to join our team at MAN Energy Solutions.
About the Role- This is a pivotal position in advancing decarbonization efforts within the shipping industry.
- You will play a crucial role in driving engine technologies and lowering operational costs for major shipping companies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Formulate and support retrofit decarbonization strategies for key shipping companies.
- Raise awareness of MAN Energy Solutions' retrofit solutions and their impact on achieving sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with local sales managers to develop effective strategies.
- Ensure seamless handover of sold projects to Project Managers.
- Promote innovative solutions to major shipping companies through participation in exhibitions and seminars.
- Contribute to the planning of global sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Extensive sales experience, preferably in the marine or shipping industry.
- A strong technical background, such as Marine engineer or mechanical engineer.
- Proactive, self-driven, and quality-oriented individual.
- Excellent networking skills with effective communication across all levels.
- Fluent English language skills, both orally and in writing.
