Loyalty and Retention Specialist

PARETO SECURITIES AS is a fast-growing company that values customer engagement and loyalty. We are seeking a Loyalty and Retention Specialist to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive loyalty.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves defining and executing subscriber recruitment strategies to expand our newsletter and club membership. You will also develop and implement a comprehensive DTC CRM strategy to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Main Responsibilities- Subscriber Recruitment: Define and execute subscriber recruitment strategies to increase our newsletter and club membership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Own the email marketing strategy, from planning to execution, to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or a related role, preferably in the lifestyle or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and optimize marketing strategies.
