">About the Role
">We are currently seeking a proactive and self-driven Sales Manager, Wholesale Partners to join our European and Middle East team. The successful candidate will play a central role in building, maintaining, and expanding GUBI's presence across key markets.
">Main Responsibilities
">- ">
- Drive GUBI's physical and digital presence across wholesale partners in Europe and MEA.">
- Ensure successful implementation of our new partner model across targeted wholesale partners in Europe.">
- Develop annual commercial plans, including sell-in of new product launches, in-store displays, and impactful campaign rollouts.">
- Conduct regular performance reviews with key partners to track progress on sales targets, marketing campaigns, and other commercial initiatives.">
Requirements
">The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Wholesale Key Account Management, ideally within the design or furniture industry. They should also possess excellent business acumen, with a full understanding of the value chain.

- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication in English.">
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, French, or Italian is considered a strong advantage.">
- Ability to travel 30-40 days annually across key markets.">
