Business Development Manager, Wholesale Partners

GUBI is a modern design company offering luxury furniture, lighting, and interior objects for residential and commercial settings.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our physical and digital presence across wholesale partners in Europe and MEA.
About the Position:This role requires you to build strong relationships with European wholesale partners while balancing strategic planning and tactical execution.
You will report to the Head of Wholesale, Europe & MEA, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Service and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and implement a structured collaboration framework for wholesale partners.
- Develop annual commercial plans, including sell-in of new product launches and impactful campaign rollouts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to track progress on sales targets and marketing campaigns.
- Establish best practices for wholesale partners covering sales planning, Master Data management, and performance insights.
- Provide daily communication and support to local partners.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Wholesale Key Account Management or related field.
- In-depth understanding of retail business mechanisms and proven experience supporting physical retail.
- Digitally savvy with experience building and selling through branded e-commerce platforms.
- Strong business acumen and full understanding of the value chain.
- Proven ability to develop and execute commercial partner plans that drive results.
- Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to align and work effectively with stakeholders.
