B2B Sales Executive for Restaurant Partnerships

Wolt is expanding its operations in Denmark and is in search of a Restaurant Sales Manager.

The primary responsibility of the field sales team is to onboard restaurants onto the Wolt platform. In this role, you will oversee every aspect of your sales pipeline, from initiating contact to negotiating agreements and finalizing partnerships. Your daily tasks will involve reaching out to restaurants via phone to schedule meetings and conducting in-person visits. As we broaden Wolt's services, your contribution will be vital in launching operations in new cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a personal portfolio of potential leads and systematically engage with them.
  • Schedule meetings and conduct on-site visits to present Wolt's offerings.
  • Travel 5-15 days each month to meet with restaurants and facilitate the launch of new locations across Denmark.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and conditions effectively.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to the merchant onboarding team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales strategies and processes.
  • Make informed business decisions by leveraging data to support your instincts.

Expectations:

  • Proven track record as a proactive sales professional with experience in B2B environments.
  • A competitive spirit and a passion for achieving results in a performance-oriented setting.
  • A proactive mindset, ready to engage in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a solid understanding of commercial principles.
  • Proficiency in both Danish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality sector is a plus.
