Strategic Account Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Relesys. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving post-sales activities, including renewals, upselling, and revenue growth on our SMB clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as our client's primary point of contact, building strong relationships and acting as a strong business partner in delivering strong ROI business cases.
- Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers and Solution Engineers to understand clients' evolving needs and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Work across departments to develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to existing clients, highlighting the value of additional products or services.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our product and services, identifying areas for improvement and expansion.
- Proactively identify opportunities by leveraging industry trends, market insights, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the Client Success team on contract renewals and negotiate favorable terms for clients.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role. You should have a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
