Business Development Manager for North and Central Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive financial success and strategic growth in our dynamic team.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial growth strategies.
  • Forecasting: Enhance the rolling forecast process by analyzing historical data and market trends.
  • Operational Support: Provide expert financial support, compliance, budgeting, and reporting services to ensure seamless business operations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 7–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical finance or commercial finance.
  • Proven track record in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning within a regional role.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of SAP, AFO, and controlling tools.
