We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Sitel Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and service to customers who use diabetes healthcare products.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the diabetes healthcare industry. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who require support and guidance on using our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels
- Provide detailed information and assistance to customers on product usage, functionality, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
