As an experienced Sales Excellence Manager, you will contribute to our vision by managing and developing sales processes and systems that will help our sales team exceed their goals. You will refine sales strategies, develop and improve processes and procedures, and safeguard CRM system data quality.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Designing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales team effectiveness and performance.
- Developing sales enablement strategies, providing tools and resources to empower the sales team.
- Driving sales process discipline ensuring disciplined pipeline health, quality, quantity, and velocity processes.
- Streamlining sales processes to drive productivity.
- Securing CRM system data quality for efficient reporting and insight.
- Reporting on sales performance, account plan quality, and completeness.
- Establishing processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strategic thinker with experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a relevant background, preferably with a master's degree within business, economics, or a related commercially oriented field.

eID Solutions offers a dynamic work environment with flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home regularly. Our work location is Denmark.
