The Role
  • Develop and execute a growth-driven commercial plan, aligning sales, marketing, and business development efforts.
  • Drive direct sales efforts, personally engage with potential customers, and close high-value deals.
  • Build and optimize a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts, strategic partnerships, and marketing collaboration.
  • Define pricing models, optimize sales processes, and ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a world-class sales team as we grow.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Collaboration

Shape and execute a winning commercial strategy by defining our go-to-market approach, actively driving sales, and leading a high-performance commercial team.

Directly impact our company's success by scaling sales operations, building long-term customer relationships, and closing deals.

Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.


Sales & Revenue Growth

Implement data-driven sales management practices using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Nurture key relationships with clients, partners, and investors.

Cultivate exceptional negotiation and closing skills, handling high-value deals effectively.

Experience in international markets and the renewable energy sector is preferred but not required.
