About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at HAMLET PROTEIN A/S. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing our future business by driving sales growth and expanding our product portfolio in defined markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve budget objectives for assigned territories and product portfolio
  • Identify and convert new leads to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers and distributors
  • Forecast future sales and demand, and provide market feedback to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, operational, and other colleagues to deliver the company's strategic ambitions
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as agriculture, veterinary science, animal nutrition, or life science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in value-based sales and commercial management in the animal nutrition industry
  • Strong technical understanding of animal nutrition and production
  • Strong commercial attitude and results-focused mindset
  • Natural networking skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Genuine team player with a willingness to share knowledge and expertise
  • Fluent in English (additional language skills welcome)
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
  • Effective communication skills across various organizational levels
  • Responsive, proactive, and decisive behavior
