We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth and success in our rapidly expanding business.

About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

Your focus will be on post-sales activities, including contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. You will work closely with our Solution Engineers and Professional Services teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and identify opportunities for expansion. With a proven track record of achieving sales targets, you will be driven by results and passionate about building long-term relationships with our clients.

About the Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Manager or similar client-facing role selling complex software products.
  • A deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs, with a strong business acumen.
  • An ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple Enterprise client accounts simultaneously.
  • A result-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.

You will be a collaborative team player, comfortable working across departments to achieve shared goals. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
