Role Overview

The Retail & Distribution team drives sales activities through direct retail accounts and distribution partners. We are seeking a Channel Sales Specialist to activate business opportunities within predetermined accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Nurture relationships with existing partner accounts through proactive and regular communication.

  2. Actively listen to partners to uncover and act on opportunities for business growth.

  3. Ensure partners have access to information and updates needed to drive shared success.

  4. Participate in marketing and retail events to boost and activate the SOUNDBOKS brand presence.

Sales Performance & Forecasting
  1. Track sales performance, create and update accurate forecasts, and share them with the team.

  2. Review partner progress, identify challenges, and contribute to creating plans for ongoing improvement.

Team Collaboration & Brand Storytelling
  1. Maintain close communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and progress.

  2. Gather feedback from partners and customers, sharing insights with internal teams.

  3. Spread the word about the SOUNDBOKS story while aligning with company values.
