Global Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking ambitious graduates from all over the world to join our International Business Trainee Programme in Sales Management. This programme offers a unique opportunity to explore the core business areas of an international fashion company and gain valuable working experience in one of eight specialist fields at our headquarters in Denmark and potentially at one of our global offices.

As an IBT in Sales Management, you will work closely with your colleagues in Design and Buying to develop BESTSELLER's products and drive business growth. Your Role as an IBT in Sales ManagementAs an IBT in Sales Management, you will be responsible for managing orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and aligning products with the needs of each market. You will also play a crucial role in improving sales results and driving customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with customers. Your primary tasks will include:
- Collaborating closely with local Sales Representatives in one or more markets to ensure smooth order management and delivery processes.
- Developing tailored strategies for each market to improve sales results and drive customer satisfaction.
To be successful as an IBT in Sales Management, you will need to have a good understanding of general business practices and be a natural sales talent. You should have an outgoing personality and the ability to build and maintain trustworthy relations. Additionally, you will need to have:
- A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or business school.
- Working experience within retail or sales.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and the latest trends.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- International experience from studying or working abroad.
