About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Development Lead to join our team in Copenhagen. This is a key role with ownership over the pre-sales funnel, responsible for growing a team of Enterprise ADRs and promoting growth & customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct the Enterprise Account development activities within Europe and provide leadership, coaching and career development to its direct team.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Regional Enterprise Leadership to define Pre-Sales strategies and targets aligned to the country/team requirements and KPIs to support revenue growth.
  3. Meet assigned targets and strategic targets by generating new business opportunities with prospective Enterprise clients by targeting key verticals in the region.
  4. Act as liaison with key stakeholder departments (Commercial, Marketing, Enablement, Commercial Operations).
  5. Demonstrate a long-term outlook and initiate significant improvements to the team through driving changes in processes, systems, or team composition.
  6. Responsible for providing team assessments and input on the department's needs for developing or acquiring the necessary talent.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in either English or Danish.
  2. Effective experience in building a team within the Enterprise space.
  3. History of consistently reaching targets in a similar capacity over the past few years.
  4. Demonstrated experience with subscription-based, renewal license models.
  5. Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  6. Professional communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Possess a solid ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  8. Enthusiasm for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company.

  • A salary range of €80,000-€120,000 per year, depending on experience.
