Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our international team as a Strategic Sales Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and developing long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify market demands and create sales quotations/orders to drive business growth.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Proactively build and manage sales pipelines for our product portfolios, providing qualified sales forecasts and monthly sales reports.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with global customers, including shipyards, ship owners, and after-treatment solution providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the marine industry.
  • Strong commercial knowledge, technical affinity, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, goal-motivated, proactive, and energetic individual with a proven track record of success.
