In this role as Principal Commercial Engine, you'll work closely with our global HQ in Copenhagen, reporting to the VP of Region Europe. You'll be responsible for proposing and driving commercial improvement initiatives targeting end-users directly with services in Region Europe.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the VP of Region Europe, the EU Leadership Team, and key stakeholders in the global 3Shape Leadership Team.
  • Direct involvement in the build-up and rollout of one of the single largest commercial investments in 3Shape's history.
  • Collaborate with regional business leaders to get a deep understanding of the individual markets and identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably as a management consultant, or in a commercial / regional setting in a multinational company.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of a second European language is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
