Business Development Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our M&A Legal team at LEO Pharma. This is a fantastic chance for you to make a significant impact on our ambitious journey in medical dermatology.
Key Accountabilities- Support the Business Development team by providing expert legal advice on contract negotiations, regulatory filings, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel to ensure effective project management and achievement of business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Global Legal, IPR & Compliance and the business.
To excel in this role, we expect that you have:
- A Master of Laws (Cand. Jur.), M.Sc. in business administration and commercial law, or equivalent qualifications.
- Significant post-graduation experience in M&A, contract/commercial law, and licensing, preferably 3-5 years.
- Proven project management skills, enabling efficient project delivery.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, allowing collaboration across the organization.
