About the Role: Sapiens International Corporation is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to spearhead sales efforts and contribute to our continued success in the Nordics. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established organization that values innovation and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in the Nordic region, expanding sales to new clients and achieving annual quotas for Sapiens Insurance and Digital product offerings.
  2. Opportunity Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline, ensuring timely progression of sales opportunities from initiation to closure.
  3. Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct thorough lead generation activities to penetrate target organizations, accurately assess and qualify opportunities to ensure effective sales effort and resource allocation.
  4. Business Case Development: Create compelling business cases to justify investment in Sapiens's solutions, effectively communicating value propositions to senior business management and C-level executives.
  5. Sales Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales forecasts to enable informed decision-making by sales management.

Your Profile: To excel in this role, you will require:

  1. A minimum of 10 years' experience in complex software sales within the Insurance industry, with a proven track record of high-value deals ($5m+) end-to-end management.
  2. A deep understanding of property and casualty (P&C) and/or life and protection (L&P), including relevant technologies and platforms.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients at all levels, including C-level executives.
  4. A collaborative mindset, with experience working with large multinational corporate companies.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage resources from business development, marketing, and partners as needed.
