About the Role
Pandora A/S is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for leading the sales team across our O&O network to achieve sales and growth targets. Your primary focus will be on executing brand and market strategies, providing strategic attention to franchise networks, and driving results through data analysis and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align sales team communication, defining priorities for brand promotion, product launches, KPIs, and other key activities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of store data to identify best practices, standardize processes, and drive customer engagement.
  • Visit points of sale regularly to observe best practices and increase team engagement.
  • In coordination with other departments, review product assortment, marketing actions, and operational deficiencies to ensure corrective actions are applied.
  • Identify talented individuals in the network, support their development, and apply assertive actions to preserve organizational health based on merit growth.
  • Deliver monthly sales and EBIT targets by applying efficient efforts to guarantee right execution and growth.

Requirements:
  • Strong sales experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industries.
  • 10+ years of solid experience working with sales and operations in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industries.
  • Strategic business acumen, fact-based analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Able to perform under pressure, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
