We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth. You will work closely with our area managers and sales representatives to develop plans to acquire new customers and dealers, lead coaching sessions, and gain local market insights.

You will be responsible for monitoring competition, contributing to the forecasting process, and working closely with customer service and field marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and coach sales team members to improve performance and productivity
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Contribute to the development of the commercial plan
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of sales leadership experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the sales industry.

You should be a self-starter, proactive, and independent worker who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
