Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of account plans for multiple accounts, working closely with internal teams to accelerate customer digital transformation and strategy.
Responsibilities
- You will seek feedback from customers to understand their drivers of satisfaction and establish action plans to improve their overall experience.
- You will orchestrate extended virtual teams and key stakeholders to engage decision makers of assigned accounts.
- You will share and recommend Microsoft solutions to customers, developing value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans that drive business outcomes to generate business and upsells.
- You will develop strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans, identifying new opportunities within assigned accounts.
- You will coordinate with internal industry experts to gather industry data of assigned accounts and improve planning.
