We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Danish Research & Customer Success Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key contacts in the Danish lifestyle sector, supporting customers, and coordinating tasks between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify key contacts in the Danish lifestyle sector, including journalists, influencers, and stylists
  • Develop and maintain relationships with these contacts to ensure maximum impact for our clients' PR and marketing efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, addressing any queries or concerns they may have
  • Coordinate tasks between customer support and other teams, including development, digital design, and research

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or journalism
  • Fluent Danish and English language skills, with excellent writing and communication abilities
  • Strong knowledge of the Danish lifestyle media system, including fashion, home interior, and lifestyle industries
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
