Our client is a dynamic leader in the food and beverage sector, committed to delivering exceptional products and services to customers. They are expanding globally and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Sales to lead In-Store Sales, Delivery, and Partnerships teams within the Nordics region.

Job Overview:
As the Head of Sales (Nordics), you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring efficient delivery operations, and establishing strategic partnerships. You will lead a dedicated team comprising an In-Store Sales Manager, Delivery Manager, and Partnership Manager, coordinating efforts to maximise their potential and achieve the business objectives.

Leadership and Management:

Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to your team.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Set clear expectations, delegate tasks, and empower team members to meet their individual and collective targets.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development opportunities.In-Store Sales Management:

Collaborate with the In-Store Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies set by headquarters.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product splits and app conversions.
Execute in-store sales campaigns and initiatives.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service at the point of sale.Delivery Operations Management:

Work closely with the Delivery Manager to oversee all aspects of the delivery operations.
Monitor third-party delivery KPIs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Address and resolve customer or store complaints related to deliveries in a timely manner.Partnership Management:

Collaborate with the Partnership Manager to identify and pursue potential partnership opportunities.
Ensure the execution of partnership strategies and campaigns.
Nurture relationships with key partners to drive mutual success.
Monitor partnership performance and ensure alignment with overall goals.Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a retail or delivery-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
