Drive Customer Growth and Success as a Strategic Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Monta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our industry-leading Strategic Partners with a focus across the DACH region.

Our partners rely on us to deliver exceptional results, and we need someone who can develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, decision-makers, and influencers.

You will work closely with our partners to understand their strategic value drivers and provide guidance and recommendations on how our software can be leveraged to achieve their goals.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a globally active company, communicating often and regularly with our co-workers and partners around the world. Your spoken and written English skills should be proficient to succeed in this position.
